For customers in the United States who bought their KJ rebound boots or accessories or replacement parts from Kangoo Club Fit USA.
Kangoo Jumps rebound boots can be returned for a full refund minus:
1. Re-stocking fees
The current re-stocking fee of $48 per pair of boots (which consists of the cost of inspecting the boots and replacing the liner for safety reasons)
2. Shipping fees
• Buyer must request returns via email: info@kangooclubfitusa.com within 5 days of receipt.
• Bayer must ship the item within 5 calendar days of receiving the return label. Returns not shipped within this time frame will be void and ineligible for a refund.
• The boots must be in new condition with no signs of wear, with all original product inserts, box and accessories. If the returned boots do no meet this requirement, Kangoo Club Fit USA will charge a re-stocking fee of up to 50% of the original price of the product.
• Accessories and replacement parts cannot be returned.
You can exchange Kangoo Jumps rebound boots within 5 days of receipt.
Kangoo Club Fit USA will send you the exchanged item in 3 business days after receipt of the returned item. Product must be in new condition with no signs of wear, with all original product inserts, box and accessories. Customer pays the Delivery Charges on Exchanging Goods. Customer also pays a restocking fee of $43 to change the liner of the returned boots.
Buyer must request exchange via email: info@kangooclubfitusa.com.
Accessories and replacement parts cannot be exchanged.
You can cancel your order by sending an email to: info@kangooclubfitusa.com. However, once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you wish to cancel an order after it has left our facility, please wait for the item to arrive and utilize our standard return process, or refuse the delivery upon arrival.
We do not accept cancellations over the phone or in text message.
We ship orders in 3 business days within receipt of order, with UPS ground and USPS priority mail. We do not ship to P.O.Boxes. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. We offer free shipping in the US except for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO where the shipping fee is $45/pair and $10/parts and accessories
