kangoo dance program
Kangoo Dance is a safe, energetic, fun and motivating aerobic program taught to music, for all ages and fitness levels. The program is functional and teaches participants effective jump techniques for enhanced enjoyment while preventing injury due to bio-mechanical stress. It offers more benefits than any other popular group fitness program because Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes act as a shock absorber to reduce impact, when compared with traditional aerobic activities performed in conventional shoes. The rebound shoes generate a trampoline-like feeling of weightlessness that not only increases the Fun-Effect, but more importantly decreases joint stress.
Kangoo Dance is an easy to follow aerobic program comprised of a series of simple exercise progressions taught in a 32-64 count format to music. These movements are repeated at various levels of intensity and then combined together. A new movement combination is then developed and added to the first. The end result is a chain of movements comprised of multiple combinations or blocks that are linked together to form a non-stop multi-level workout.
The prerequisite is to have a group fitness instructor certification.
Kangoo Boot Camp Program
Kangoo Boot Camp is a military style, activity based training program for group fitness instructors and personal trainers. It can be organized to accommodate one, two or twenty people. Classes can be held inside or out and can accommodate all fitness levels.
Intervals of running and/or drill style aerobic activity interspersed with conditioning exercises make up the base of this workout. This format improves muscle strength and endurance as it improves cardio-respiratory fitness. It can be a valuable cross training tool that improves fitness level as it reduces the rate of injury and improves exercise adherence by reducing boredom.
Depending on fitness level, terrain challenges and/or plyometric conditioning activities can be added as an additional challenge. Because this fitness program usually takes place outdoors, environmental changes such as weather and temperature vary with each session. These variations can be used to the advantage of the instructor to add variety to each and every class.

kangoo kick and punch program
Kangoo Kick&Punch is a modified martial art/combat style non-contact workout that challenges the body at every level utilizing Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes. All of your favorite combat moves from various martial arts, traditional boxing and kickboxing can be blended together for a workout that will challenge you to your limit, while protecting your body from impact. This is one of the highest energy/lowest impact fitness concepts in the world.
The basic moves are very easy and can be performed with growing complexity and intensity as you progress. This program therefore, suits a broad range of class attendees. As with any exercise that can become quite intense, Kangoo Kick&Punch instructors need to be conscious of participants’ fitness levels and give appropriate modifications in intensity for those individuals who are less able.

Kangoo Power is a highly motivating interval training program comprised of a series of simple exercise progressions taught in a 32-64 count format to music. These movements are repeated at various levels of intensity and then combined together. A new movement combination is then developed and added to the first. The end result is a chain of movements comprised of multiple combinations or blocks that are linked together to form a non-stop multi-level workout.
It is important to remember that the term “power” refers to the method of execution, not the intensity of the movement. Kangoo Power Program is specifically designed to challenge the whole body, building muscular strength and endurance, and can be adapted to all fitness levels. Regardless of teaching style, attendees will become "addicted" to Kangoo Power because of the extraordinary feeling it creates, mainly due to the high release of endorphins. Kangoo Discovery is a basic program for schools and fitness organizations that challenges the children's creativity by including games and exercises that keep class motivating from beginning to end. The program is appropriate for use by fitness instructors, physical education teachers and anyone involved in sports activities for children.
Kangoo Discovery can be adapted for teens using simple choreographies, which can assist them with the transition to adult group fitness classes.
